- Soft, warm late-afternoon daylight catching the terracotta horizontal bands and casting gentle shadows within the terraces and archway.

- Inviting and community-oriented, blending civic scale with warm residential materials.

- Urban street setting featuring a separated red bike lane, mature street trees, and surrounding high-density developments.

- The building engages the street edge through a large ground-level arched gateway, leading pedestrians inward while stepped upper terraces open the massing to the sky.
