Fogarty Finger

New York-based Fogarty Finger shapes mixed-use high-rises, executive offices, and hospitality venues through a dialogue of crisp structural grids, softened tower corners, and continuous interior ceiling planes that connect directly to the street. The work serves as a strong reference when resolving high-rise scale through continuous radiused edges, aligning double-height lounge spaces with urban sightlines, or integrating precise accent colors into timber interior millwork.

Street-level exterior facade of the Inwood Library featuring large transparent storefront glazing and upper brickwork by Fogarty Finger.

The Eliza + Inwood Library

An urban civic facade precedent featuring expansive transparent storefront glazing below residential brick massing, connecting interior public functions directly to the street.

What we like about this project
The seamless continuity of the double-height ceiling planes connecting the indoor reading rooms directly to the sidewalk view.
